Epic. Darth-Coon. Hmmm. What does it mean "thought he was the last of his kind"? It's already established he's a modified raccoon along with other modified animals created as caretakers and wardens for a planetary psychiatric asylum for the criminally insane cosmic villains.

@Melkaticox- Quill built the GotG to be a team of "first responders" to crisis situations. Some of the characters brought some villain baggage, but they spent most of the time just trying to repair the fabric of space time before it tore a wound so huge... well, then the rift happened and it unfortunately led to the Cancerverse. The only real recurring villains the team ever had was against the Universal Church of Truth which worshiped Adam Magus. Very annoying villains. Pompous religeous zealots feeding off the belief energy of their followers shouting "I believe!" in the middle of battle.

They also had a fun rivalry with another super-group that made their home on Knowhere- The Luminals. They were a sort of second-class Avengers type group from another planet and always butted heads with Quill and the Guardians.

@BatmanHush23:

Actually, I CAN.

That's what makes this "artwork" so shitty.

@Gusto for feck's sake, if I had your alcohol intake level, I'd kinda dig it too! LOLZ!

I think the cartoony art style works for this.
