Also he has a cybernetic arm so why doesn't he get a cybernetic eye as well?

His other eye was healed by Hope, but his brain wasn't able to coordinate seeing with two eyes after having only one nearly all his life. So he keeps an eyepatch over it while slowly rehabbing it. Before being healed, it was cybernetic, but so were the neural pathways it connected to. The cybernetic parts he had from the techno-organic virus are gone now. To help deal with the atrophied parts of his body that are no longer cybernetic, he got Forge to build him stuff.

Abigail Brand is a really entertaining character. Love to see her start popping up in the films.
