The new Marvel DLC that was released yesterday was absolutely fantastic. It's a nice treat for children but it's mostly recommended (in my opinion) to comic book fans across the world.

It was kind of late in Canada for the release but it was worth the wait. The level kit took me an hour to beat and it's going to take me another hour to obtain all the awesome collectibles. First, I will be reviewing the Level Kit.

The level kit is extremely fun, the boss fights are pretty straight-forward except for the final fight because you have to read the text messages in order to find out how to kill the boss. The detail that they put in the levels are really good which is expected. The collectibles are great because you obtain objects like Thor's Hammer, Elektra's Blades, Iron Man's Helmet (Non-wearable) and his arc reactor. This level kit is recommended mostly for true comic book fans because not many children would recognize Iron Fist or Galactus. (yes, you fight Galactus) The stickers are great which include a variety of actual Marvel superheroes and doodles of Marvel Superheroes. The materials that you get pays nice homage to Marvel Comics because one of them is a collage of some Marvel Superheroes fighting crime and another material is just pictures of some Marvel Superheroes inside comic book boxes. The level kit is truly fantastic and it is a MUST BUY for all true comic book fans worldwide.

Now, onto the first costume kit. All of them are just full of great detail. Iron Man's helmet lights up, his hands light up AND his feet light up to even though you rarely see the bottom of SackBoy's feet. A really cool detail that they added is that when you take off Iron Man's helmet, it's like the faceplate was just taken off and the sides of the helmet are still remaining. With that, you could create your own little Tony Sack or Stark with the Ghostbusters Uniform Hair stickered black and the pirate stash on him. The Thing is the movie version because it has the movie logo on his shorts but they still did a really good job on him. Daredevil is the cutest one because he just looks really cute. Daredevil has his mask eyes as you could see in the pictures and he has his billy club cane that has a nice ragdoll effect to it. Doc Ock is my favourite one because when you change SackBoy's emotion, his tentacles move along with it. (Example when SackBoy is angry the tentacles fingers spread out more and they get bigger.) The final one is Mystique. This is probably the best on out of the costume kit. It's classic Mystique (obviously) and she has all of the details you could ask for, the yellow eyes, the skull in her hair, the skull belt and the white attire that she wears. The costume kit is fantastic because of all the details they added.

I recommend the costume kit and the level kit for both children and comic book fans because it's Marvel Superheroes and it pays nice homage to Marvel fans worldwide. Go to the PlayStation Store and buy it today!

@Overcross

all you need is at least 40 dollars (not including the tax) Just get a 50 dollar card and wait for the upcoming kits. I thought everything was going to be 5.99 but the level kit was only 4.99 and the costume kit was 5.99.
