After Cyclops becomes tired of not being an omega- level mutant, he takes a drug called Banshee to enhance his powers by 100 times. Now shattering every biological limit that had once restrained his mutant abilities, Scott's entire body became a living conduit of pure energy.
With this transformation, Cyclops unlocked a new realm of power. He could now fly effortlessly, survive in the vacuum of space, and was no longer confined to firing blasts from his eyes. His once essential visor became obsolete as he had achieved total control over his optic blasts.
However, as Cyclops began testing the limits of his newfound powers, he discovered that he could now channel energy so intensely that it began to overload his very cells, pushing his physical strength far beyond anything he'd ever known.
According to Marvel Fandom "Banshee is a power-enhancing drug. The drug was originally conceived by Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr. Possibly since the '90s, Colossus has been using Banshee to give him super strength. After Logan was accused of dosing on it, he went to Peter Parker who was able to determine that Banshee drug actually came from Wolverine's DNA with just a microscope."
Registered Properties of the Banshee drug according to Marvel include; Fentanyl, Mutant Growth Hormone, Butane, Testosterone, Ethylene and Dopamine. Few of which can be found in crystal meth, making it highly flammable. Sold on the street to give temporary powers to normal people, it can enhance a Mutant's powers to "god-like" levels, bringing about secondary, even tertiary mutations. (Marvel Fandom)
Cyclops Banshee intake doesn't give him wolverines powers or his healing factor.
