When the eternal night falls and vampires run rampant across the globe, the Marvel Universe's last line of defence against the supernatural will band together in Midnight Sons: Blood Hunt

Written by current Blade scribe Bryan Hill and illustrated by Germán Peralta (Loki), the three-issue tie-in series spins directly out of the shocking events of Blood Hunt. Starring Blade, Danny Ketch, Johnny Blaze, Victoria Montesi, and more, this iconic team's critical mission will involve more than just slaughtering their way through the vampire invasion - they'll also be forced to tragically spill the blood of one of their own.

What do you get when you cross two Ghost Riders, a daywalker, their supernatural-hunting friends, and a horde of vampires swarming the Earth? A whole lot of fangs, fire and penance as the original Midnight Sons reunite to deal with the shocking threat unleashed in Blood Hunt

"Finally the world realizes I'm a ‘horror guy’ and I'm grateful," Hill said. "Working with Blade has been a blast, and what I'm doing with Midnight Sons is maybe even more ferocious than that. This event is really exciting, the hype is real, and what I have planned for this will hopefully satisfy fans of action...and terror."

The crossover will also spill over into the headquarters of Marvel magic: the Strange Academy. The kids from that series will take centre stage in Strange Academy: Blood Hunt, a three-issue tie-in series from writer Daniel José Older (Star Wars: The High Republic) and artist Luigi Zagaria (Deadpool).

The vampire onslaught of Blood Hunt knows no bounds, reaching all the way down to New Orleans, Louisiana, home of the Strange Academy. Doyle Dormammu, Zoe Laveau, Shaylee Moonpeddle, Germán Aguilar, and Toth get embroiled in an adventure that will take them around the Marvel Universe and right into the centre of the Blood Hunt action.

Their mission: find the ancient Darkhold and cast the spell that will destroy all vampires. There’s just one problem...Agatha Harkness boldly transformed the Darkhold into a child in last year’s Contest of Chaos.

"As a huge fan of the incredible work of Skottie Young and Humberto Ramos, I was beyond honored to be able to jump into the world of Strange Academy!" Older shared. "And what better way to do it than in this epic crossover event? Truly a comic writer's dream come true."

"I've spent the past couple weeks walking around my home city of New Orleans, dreaming up thrilling adventures for these kids and I can't wait to watch them come to life in Luigi Zagaria's brilliant art."

I know you all were beyond excited to finally hear who was cast in FF. Hope you guys are happy with it!

Me? Blade's my man. I am excited to see who they cast for him and what platform they'll release Blade on (theater or streaming? if streaming, tv series or movie).

and I want Snipes to have a cameo in it and at one point he walks by and sees these pathetic goons trying to take on Blade. After they get thrashed the camera quickly cuts to Wesley and he says: "Some mother***kers always trying to ice skate up hill."

Ghost Rider would destroy Blade and Strange Academy is a good title when I was reading it.

This current Midnight Sons run and the rumors of a film being potentially discussed are not coincidences.
