While an innumerable amount of fans were used to Marvel’s plain red and white logo, which was used since the release of Iron Man, Kevin Feige and Co. debuted a new logo at this year’s Comic-Con that was a bit more modern than that of their original emblem. Despite the fact that the new Marvel Studios logo was well-received everywhere, the logo they unveiled wasn’t always the final design.

Graphics company Perception, who was tasked with revamping the logo, has just released a new image (below) that showcases the many iterations the re-design of the logo went through. Perception also noted how it was very important for them “to give the word “studios” its own special treatment and power, while also keeping the balance with the word Marvel.”

I’m sure we can all agree that the final design (seen in the forefront of the first image below), is pretty marvelous. What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
