NINJAK vs THE VALIANT UNIVERSE: New Look At Several Popular Heroes

Upcoming comic book covers for various Valiant titles provide a fresh look at a few superheroes duking it out in the Bat in the Sun produced live-action Valiant universe. Archer & Armstrong FTW!

Valiant Entertainment and Bat in the Sun are teaming up for a live-action video series Ninjak vs the Valiant Universe, which is set to debut some time later this year.  However, a few new issues of upcoming Valiant comics are revealing what a few of that universe's heroes will look like.  

Divinity #0 features Ciera Foster as Livewire, Rapture #2 features Derek Theler as X-O ManoWar, Jason David Frank as Bloodshot and Michael Rowe as Niinjak, while The History of the Valiant Universe #1 sees Alex Meglei portray Archer and Kevin Porter as Armstrong.

@slickrickdesigns - Digital web series made by Bat in the Sun. They do good work. Excited to see what they can do with longform storytelling.

@slickrickdesigns - It's real, but I think it's online only. Valiant created a digital arm to the company. Don't know if that means a specific subscription platform, or more of a production company to release shows, online, like a YouTube channel. There's a trailer for Ninjak out already.

Still surprised that one of the other studios hasn't snatched up one of the other comic book superhero universes and pushed forward with a slate of movies.

Saw a bunch of footage of this at c2e2. Doesn't look that great. But Jason David Frank is So [frick]ing excited for it. He said it's better then Netflix daredevil lol
Also l, When I saw JDF I was like "Jesus Christ.. it's Jason David frank"

Awesome! Really excited for this. Picked up some of the newer Ninjak series awhile back and was not disappointed. Honestly it's far better than anything Marvel or DC is doing right now. Till they get their act together, it's pretty much full time Valiant for me.
