Notice the heights. Says Rocket is 4 inches tall and Boba is 6 inches tall. That's the height of their action figures. I think it should be reading 4' and 6'.

Rocky would win. Boba Fett isn't as vicious as Rocket. Not to mention, his weapons are far more powerful and advanced compared to Boba Fett's weapons.

I think the fight comes down to hand to hand combat and that is when Rocket jumps on Boba Fett and bites him. Boba Fett then throws Rocket into the sarlacc pit ending the fight. But Rocket Raccoon will eventually find his way out much like Boba Fett did, mean while Boba Fett dies of rabies. Winner - Rocket Raccoon.
