Upon the confirmation this past summer season that Kite Man, a recurring character from DC's Harley Quinn animated series, will receive his own focused show, titled Kite Man: Hell Yeah!, and today, the first teaser trailer has finally been released.
Kite Man, who is best known as the obscure Batman villain that specializes in the usage of kites, to commit harmless crimes, will be the first character from the Harley Quinn animated series to receive his own spin-off series.
Starring the D-list supervillain, the series will follow the events of both him and his newly-coupled girlfriend, Lisa Snart - better known as the supervillain Golden Glider, crossing the thresholds of what it takes to be a supervillain.
The trailer reveals some familiar faces - from the Harley Quinn animated series where we were first introduced to the character; showing the return of Harley Quinn herself, Bane, The Queen of Fables, and surprisingly, the tyrannical lord of Apokolips himself, Darkseid.
Together, Kite Man and Golden Glider will prove they are truly formidable foes to face off against superheroes, as they will find themselves to be affiliated with the worst of the worst we have ever seen in the DC universe, being the villains they know they can be.
Can we get a Hell Yeah! for Kite Man: Hell Yeah!?
Kite Man: Hell Yeah is currently scheduled for a release, sometime in 2024. The trailer ends with a "Coming Too Soon" message, for we can expect an early-2024 release streaming on Max.
