Amy Johnston interested in playing Black Canary for the upcoming Birds of Prey film

Amy Johnston is interested in playing the role of Black Canary for the upcoming DC film, 'Birds of Prey'. I honestly think she deserves this and deserves more recognition.

I am an Amy Johnston fan. I asked her on Twitter if she would consider auditioning to play Black Canary in the upcoming Birds of Prey film and she said this...

Amy Johnston is mostly known as a stunt woman. She did most of Scarlett Johansson's stunts and fight scenes for Black Widow in Captain America: Winter Soldier. But Amy Johnston fans knows she is more than just a stunt woman. She is actual a decent and improving actress. She played a very well acted Harley Quinn in a video from Batinthesun, on YouTube. One of her first feature film playing the lead role is a film called Lady BloodFight.

A decent action movie where she did a great job taking on a lead role for the first time. Her performance in a short film called, 'The Gate', also shows that Amy has great potential in acting.

If you think she still lacks acting experience, just take a look at Gal Gadot. None of her roles before really got anyone paying attention. She never really had enough good acting experience to take on such a massive world wide role like Wonder Woman. But she proved us wrong. It all depends on how much effort everyone puts into the movie, not just the acting. I think there is no other actress more deserving for this role. Amy is perfect for the role.
