Thanks to Just Jared, another round of Deadpool 3 set photos have just been revealed. While largely the same as those we saw yesterday evening, there are some fresh shots in here as Hugh Jackman is shown pulling off an iconic pose as Wolverine.
Ready to leap into action, there's sadly no sign of the mutant's claws, likely meaning they're going to be added with VFX in post-production.
Ryan Reynolds was also able to showcase his own hero pose, though it's where these two heroes are that's generated the most discussion online. The 20th Century Fox logo has already been spotted, but now, we can also see the remains of a ship and a blimp.
As a result, we have to imagine this is, in fact, The Void.
Introduced in Loki, that's where those pruned by the Time Variance Authority wind up before being fully wiped from existence by Alioth. That creature was tamed by Loki and Sylvie before they confronted He Who Remains, and with that Kang Variant no more, Deadpool and Wolverine will likely be able to make their escape.
Which timeline/s they end up in should be part of the fun, though common sense says Earth-616 is going to be the duo's final destination.
Alongside Reynolds and Jackman, Deadpool franchise vets Karan Soni (Dopinder), Leslie Uggams (Blind Al), Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), Stefan Kapicic (Colossus), Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead), Shioli Kutsuna (Yukio), and Rob Delaney (Peter) are all also set to return in this threequel.
Emma Corrin has also signed up as a mystery character, while we also recently learned that Matthew Macfadyen will likely play a TVA agent named Paradox in the movie. It's also been confirmed that Jennifer Garner will reprise her role as Elektra, and Ben Affleck, James Marsden, Patrick Stewart, and Ian McKellen are among the many names rumoured to appear.
Deadpool 3 is set to be released in theaters on May 3, 2024.
