Holliday Grainger in Talks to Join The Cast Of Disney And Kenneth Branagh's CINDERELLA
The Borgias' Holliday Grainger has been cast in Kenneth Branagh's (THOR) live-action remake of Cinderella, joining Lily James, Richard Madden and Cate Blanchett.
The Wrap reports that Holliday Grainger is in final negotiations with Disney to join the cast of Kenneth Branagh's highly anticipated live-action reimagining of Cinderella. The British actress has previously appeared in The Borgias, Anna Karenina, Great Expectations, and is expected to play, "one of Cinderella's beautiful but mean stepsisters who constantly ridicules the protagonist." Lily James (Downton Abbey) is playing the titular character, while Richard Madden (Game of Thrones) has signed up as the handsome prince and Cate Blanchett (The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button) stars as her wicked stepmother. How do you think the cast is shaping up so far?
