I love Tim Burton's movies but am I the only one getting sick to the teeth of his style? Everything is the same, once you hear he is doing a version of some film/book you know instantly what it's going to be like. Don't get me wrong, each one is great (Big Fish sucked donkey balls though!) but it's getting predictable and yawn inducing.

FOR ME..WHEN YOU THINK OF CERTAIN DIRECTORS, YOU THINK"WISH HE WOULD DO THIS MOVIE"..MOST OF THE TIME THINGS DONT COME AROUND, BUT FINALLY THE STORY FITS THE DIRECTOR..IM ANTICIPATING WHAT BURTON DOES WITH THIS..AND BURTON HAS HIS GOLDEN CHILD(DEPP)

Yes, I'm sure this movie will be awesome! It fits perfectly as a twisted dark fairy tale, that's what Burton does so well. But each of his movies has been a carbon copy of the last, the make up, the lighting, the "Burton twisted trees" (you know what I'm on about). It's like Westlife putting the key change in a song, it sells millions so they put a f*cking key change in every f*cking song! I hate Westlife by the way, as does any straight male, regardless of how in-touch with his feminine side he is! Burton's style is great but you get to the point where you want something new.

Howlett I'm with ya'. I'm far from being a typical Tim Burton fan. Regardless I enjoy alot of his movies, but not everything needs the Burton touch.

To add to what Ror said the stories are a mind trip as well, I think the guy was high when he wrote those books.
