As promised, the first full-length trailer for Toy Story 4 has arrived today and it provides our best look yet at what's to come in the next instalment of the beloved animated franchise from Pixar. 

In this latest sneak peek, we see Woody, Buzz, and the rest of the gang head off on a road trip with Bonnie and her family and it's then that we learn Forky (and his struggle to come to terms with being a "toy") is what leads to Woody going missing and once again crossing paths with Bo Peep.

She's been M.I.A. since Toy Story 2 and it looks as if this movie will shed some light on what became of her - but there does seem to be a suggestion that she might have somewhat sinister motivations! 

While we didn't expect to get a fourth instalment of the franchise, Toy Story 4 definitely looks like a lot of fun and this stands a strong change of being one of the summer's best movies. What do you guys think? Check out the trailer below and let us know your thoughts in the usual place.

This looks gorgeous, mature and filled with heart. I was already going opening night, but now I'm confident it will be a worthy addition to the franchise.

Alright I'll give it credit, this doesn't look as bad as it sounded from the synopsis. That synopsis made it look like a copy of TS2. This still does t look great but it looks like it could have some interesting ideas

@KWilly - Not gonna happen. Keanu's Duke Caboom will be. Then Woody will have to choose between Buzz/Bonnie and Bo/Freedom. We'll get an emotional goodbye between Woody and Buzz and that's what Tom Hanks and Tim Allen have been going on about.

@Nebula - My thoughts exactly, woody is going to leave to go with bo, and this will contrast with when. Woody would always return to, his owner/ but this time he doesn't.

So its TOY Story 2? Looks good but there's some strong Toy Story 2 vibes, which is fine since it the BEST ONE.

Trailer looks a bit like a rehash of Toy Story 2 with a new coat of paint.


Guess we'll see. Still think they should have stopped at 3 and left the franchise alone.

I'll admit I was nervous most of the trailers didn't do it for me, even this trailer I didn't think was well edited but still, the clips they showed and hearing Tom and Tim as buzz and woody again! Reassured me that this is in good hands with Pixar, hopefully it's an incredibly heartfelt and enjoyable film that deserves to be part of my favorites film franchise ever! Buzz, Woody it's great to see you two again :)
