The Super Bowl trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness featured its fair share of exciting reveals, though it's become apparent Marvel Studios is holding a lot back.

If all the leaks and rumours prove to be correct, then many fans might not be too surprised by what plays out in the Sam Raimi helmed blockbuster, though we'd bet dollars to donuts that there will be some jaw-dropping moments in there that no one has predicted or reported on after those reshoots.

Now, another round of stills have been released by Disney. There's nothing too revealing here, though we do get some hi-res shots of a few different scenes from the trailer, a great look at that mysterious realm visited by Doctor Strange, America Chavez, and "Christine Palmer," and a couple of awesome action shots. Needless to say, we can't wait for the next lot of footage from this one.

In Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the MCU unlocks the Multiverse and pushes its boundaries further than ever before. We'll journey into the unknown with Doctor Strange, who, with the help of mystical allies both old and new, traverses the mind-bending and dangerous alternate realities of the Multiverse to confront a mysterious new adversary.

The movie's cast includes Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stühlbarg, and Rachel McAdams. The film is directed by Sam Raimi, and Kevin Feige is the producer. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Eric Hauserman Carroll and Jamie Christopher serve as executive producers. The screenplay was written by Michael Waldron.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to be released on May 6.

@ModHaterSLADE - On the big screen, I'm sure. but like alot of these movies lately the CGI can be overkill. especially when watching at home on Disney Plus. Either way, I'm sure it's going to be a spectacle. Hope it last the test of time.

@Vigor - @Vigor - Some dweeb has that canned response to every one of these articles. These twits aren't as clever as they seem to think they are.

@Visualiza - I just don't get why some people have to be so negative. I'm guessing boredom

This’ll be one for the big screen for sure. I don’t think the cinematography and visuals are very good in the MCU, too bland and filled with unimpressive CGI and little style or flavour. I guess it has to be that way in a cinematic universe, the movies have to look similar enough that they can overlap without it being too noticeable where the seams are. But Dr Strange certainly broke that mold. Beautiful looking film with amazing effects.

I’m a Marvel guy through and through, really don’t dig DC stuff for the most part, but Joker and The Batman have such distinct visual styles.

This may be my most anticipated film this year. Tired of being teased by all the trailers and screen shots. I want to see the finished product and I want it now. (Excuse me for sounding like Violet Beauregard in Willy Wonka.) Or was that Veruca Salt?

Wong's costume really [frick]in pops. I wish they could've done something to Strange's. Make it even closer to the Ditko suit

@Dredd97 - agreed about Wong. I think we will get a few iterations of Stranges due to the different versions of him throughout the multiverse

Damn. I may to rethink my "No more hallucinogens" policy. Or as the late, great Lloyd Bridges would say "Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit taking shrooms".
