Empire Magazine has shared a first look at the covers for its latest issue, which is set to hit shelves next Thursday. The newsstand cover gives us a new look at the Master of the Mystic Arts (Benedict Cumberbatch) as he'll appear in the upcoming Doctor Strange sequel, while Chris Malbon's subscriber-only artwork takes on a mind-bending trip to the Multiverse of Madness.

Like the recent poster, this cover spotlights most of the movie's main characters, but are their any big reveals or Easter Eggs hidden in the psychedelic imagery?

We can spot at least one Variant (they're not hard to find!), but check out the artwork for yourselves below and see what you can find.

In Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the MCU unlocks the Multiverse and pushes its boundaries further than ever before. Journey into the unknown with Doctor Strange, who, with the help of mystical allies both old and new, traverses the mind-bending and dangerous alternate realities of the Multiverse to confront a mysterious new adversary.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, with Michael Stühlbarg, and Rachel McAdams. The film is directed by Sam Raimi, and Kevin Feige is the producer. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Eric Hauserman Carroll and Jamie Christopher serve as executive producers. The screenplay was written by Michael Waldron.

The Doctor Strange sequel releases in U.S. theaters on May 6, 2022.
