Eternals is currently set to be released in theaters on November 5, and thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we now have a new look at the lead stars who will bring these superheroes to life in the MCU.
Pictured below are Gemma Chan as Sersi, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Barry Keoghan as Druig, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Salma Hayek as Ajak, and Angelina Jolie as Thena.
These striking images may not be in full colour, but we're sure you'll agree the costumes look amazing.
We'll have more details to share with you soon, but producer Nate Moore tells the site that fans should expect a history-spanning adventure like no other. "It's a little bit like being on a road trip with nine of your closest friends for 7,000 years," he says of the bond these heroes have developed since first arriving on Earth. "In development, we joked that it's like if Tony Stark and Steve Rogers lived together for that long. That friendship will turn into frenemies, and then turn into enemies, and then come back to friendship because you have that common bond. It's like a family."
Rumour has it that a new trailer for Eternals will be released tomorrow, and that's now looking extremely likely considering these cover debuts. The timing makes sense, too, as it means the sneak peek can play in front of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings next month.
