In the upcoming Conan movie, starring Jason Momoa in the title role, Stephen Lang will play the villainous Khalar Singh. Here's what the actor had to say about how much of the movie will feature the supernatural elements often featured in Robert E. Howard's work on the characters.

"If you read Robert Howard — of course the 'Conan' stories and novellas — magic, supernatural plays a huge, huge part in them: fakirs and magicians and wizards all over the place," Lang told MTV in a recent interview.

"So magic is part of that world. The magic in this film, there's a lot of it and there's a lot of action-magic as well, a lot of magical fighting."

"My fighting is not magical. My fighting is just brutal. There's a low-tech element to this film that I think is just terrific. When you get right down to it, it's people banging away with these swords."

Everyone - babydoll has removed his/her comment. To be fair, if he/she is Muslim or Hindu he/she has every right to be offended by improper use of the word frakir. Having said that, babydoll should remember the right others have to use whatever word they want in any context they choose. As much as we should respect other peoples views and what they consider "offensive" they should consider the views of others. In the words of a band called Extreme "can't please everybody, but everybody cannot please me". I'm just trying to bridge the gap here people and make this site better for the whole world! Beer fuelled as it may be! Stay classy!
