Sebastian Meyer. One in particular that I really like, is the Manticore designs. This creature is a transformation that Dr. Thorn changes into from his human form. Described as having a lion's body and having a scorpion-like tail that can shoot spikes.
X-Men's Colossus, Daniel Cudmore, is playing Dr. Thorn in
Sea of Monsters.
Also below, you can find concept art of a Colchis bull, that in the film attacks Camp Half-Blood. Colchis are elephant-sized and made of bronze. In Greek Mythology, they were created by the god Hephaestus, and later given as a gift to King Aeetes. They have the ability to breathe fire and their skin is scorching hot.
