Hal Jordan is a gifted and cocky test pilot, but the Green Lanterns have little respect for humans, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. But Hal is clearly the missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one thing no member of the Corps has ever had: humanity. With the encouragement of fellow pilot and childhood sweetheart Carol Ferris, if Hal can quickly master his new powers and find the courage to overcome his fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating Parallax...he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.

I can't wait to take my son to see this! It's so strange yet cool that the current generation are growing up on heroes like green lantern and thor as opposed to the traditional heroes

Wow...I just noticed but Mark Strong when being interviewed has very similar vocal-mannerisms to Henry Cavill! lol

It's not the british accent but just their mannerisms and how they present themselves. They both just sound very intelligent and deep. And they both seem to have loads of passion for the comics and wanting to do the characters justice. Great stuff. CBMs are getting better and better quality actors.

@LionPepsiJuice- Hahaha not me. I grew up on Superman and Batman mainly. From Marvel, I'd say Spider-Man and Hulk. But yeah...mostly Superman for me. Dean Cain and Tim Daly are Superman for me and taught me about Superman as a child growing up in the 90's.

I was never really into Thor. Green Lantern...I got into his character just since the past 5 years.

This movie will kick ass. I've waited a long time for a movie like this. and I'm waiting for Captain America as well. This has to be indeed the most entertaining summer since 2008. Last year's was weak, (Excluding Inception and Toy Story) and 09 started off great, the middle was MEh, and the ending was pretty good, but this year is pretty epic i dare say.

When I saw Peter Sarsgaard I was baffled! He looked nothing at all like Hector Hammond! If I would've seen him walking in the streets I would have never been able to put the two together! This film will definitely have to win the award for best make-up in all award shows!!

Mark Strong is THE SH!T! Took one for us fanboys/girls on fighting to keep Sinestro's look true to the comics!

Ryan Reynold's is cool. Blake Lively is Blake Lively. lol

Can't wait to see this I'm mad souped!!!

@ Julez - lmao, you and I are the only one's catching that I guess people here didn't realize or we just have bad thoughts and evilness lurking inside us lol all jokes aside though the way she said it just sounded dirty intentions lol. nice interview,Ryan is charming and funny,a pleasant guy and strong is just awesome :) the way he answered his question is great,taking responsibility for the role and the example he gave is so true.

Reynolds is awesome and amazingly man-sexy (yes, I'm a heterosexual male). Lively is hot. Strong is awesome and has a great voice. Sarsgaard looks cool, but is nothing like his movie incarnation.
