Hal Jordan is a gifted and cocky test pilot, but the Green Lanterns have little respect for humans, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. I like how they managed to capture Blake Lively's vacant look on the face of that Barbie Doll. :D She's the only thing still worrying me about the movie though.

Terrible actress, maybe shes got better but I've seen an ep of GOSSIP GIRL! : P

i think first class looks pretty good also, in the back of my head though i feel like when the movie is all said and done lee might feel pretty good about hating the hole time.....you know how those x films go josh!!

Nice doll. Gives the young girls a toy to buy if they like the movie. Blake will do fine in this movie. Stop hating on her. All y'all do is prejudge movies to an extreme extent and be wrong all the time at the end of day.

the town was a good film but it wasn't because of blake lively acting,she was just playing herself.

it came natural to her,watch her in gossip girl.

@indoraptor: No, it chooses those who "have the ability to overcome great fear" which Hal Jordan does on a regular basis. The reckless cockiness is part of the fearless thing for him.

I really like what I am seeing out of Blake.

If and when she becomes Star Sapphire, hey, she could be the first really strong female role in a CBM. I mean, she is literally going neck & neck with Hal when it comes to piloting in this movie. She stands on her own, which I find interesting. I bet we are going to see a Barbie of her for GL 2 with her wearing the Star Sapphire suit! If I had a daughter, I'd buy that for her. Better than Princess Adventures Barbie or something, lol.
