Djimon Hounsou Says He Hated Wearing His Costume For GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY

In a recent interview with E! Online Guardians of the Galaxy star Djimon Hounsou took the time to talk about how uncomfortable he was wearing his suit for Korath the Pursuer. "That was a lot of work," Hounsou said. "It was five hours of makeup on a daily basis and then the wardrobe was uncomfortable [...] I mean, painfully uncomfortable." Hounsou went on to explain how he can deal with the five hours of makeup but the costume itself? Once you put it on, you're sort of like rigid [...] There was not a lot of moving around… I dreaded going into the costume. Once I was in the costume, I was in a bad mood." Being in a bad mood probably helped towards playing his character. Either way i'm sure we all can't wait to see the brand new trailer that is going to premiere this Monday and for the movie to be released!

Wanna hear the must hilarious (satirical) theory regarding the movie I have ever read? Here's the exact quote:

"Djimon Hounsou plays Korath the Pursuer, a really really minor Kree bad-ass who used to be blue in the comics, but they blew the body paint budget already on ladies and wrestlers, which is how a lot of people in Hollywood blow their budgets, and all the leftover paint got used on characters in other films from other studios. So now yet another of Hollywood's big name black leading men probably can't be Black Panther. Hi, Idris Elba! Hey Anthony Mackie! So is this all a conspiracy to make sure there are no black actors left who can play Black Panther? Does this mean that we'll end up with a Black Panther played by a blond white actor named Chris? Chris Pine? Chris O'Donnell? Chris Martin from Coldplay? We think so."

"Man, I wouldn't want his job. He had to sit in a chair for 5 HOURS while someone put make-up on him and then wear that painful uncomfortable costume- I mean look at it, it looks like it fits tightly around the chest - and walk around in it for several hours over the course of a few months. All for what? A messily six figure income? No sir. No thank you. I'd much rather collect my $47k fighting fires, saving lives, risking my life in almost 100 lbs of gear every day for the rest of my life" -said NO firefighter EVER.

I swear, some people just don't know how good they have it.

skabeds-More teachers have died in the line of duty in the town I live in then Firefighters in the last 10 years, we get paid half as much for 3 times the education and way less job security...just sayin.
