After sharing a number of clips and featurettes this morning, Paramount Pictures has also released twenty-six ultra hi-resolution stills from John Krasinski's upcoming horror sequel A Quiet Place Part II, which opens in U.S. theaters next weekend.
The new photos aren't particularly spoiler-y and unsurprisingly don't offer any new shots of the alien monsters that will feature prominently in the film, but they preview a bit of what Evelyn Abbott (Emily Blunt) and her three children will have to endure over the course of this latest chapter in their story.
Plus, there are also a few intense shots of the film's mysterious newcomers, played by Cillian Murphy (Emmett) and Djimon Hounsou (Man on Island), who will have key roles to play as the Abbott family fights to survive.
The film opens on March 20th, but if you're looking to get in on the scares a bit earlier, Paramount is also hosting a Double Feature Fan Event on Wednesday, March 18th. The special event will screen both A Quiet Place movies back-to-back, including the new one two days early, starting at 7:00 PM local time.
Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe will headline the feature, reprising their roles from the previous installment, while Cillian Murphy (Batman Begins) and Djimon Hounsou (Guardians of the Galaxy) join the cast in mysterious new roles. John Krasinski will also appear in the film as the Abbott patriarch, albeit only in a cameo capacity during flashbacks.

Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.
