Woot!
This is easily my #1 most anticipated movie of the year.

I love me some comic book superheroes....but a seriously toned Godzilla movie? Nothings topping that for me.

Dear God please dont dissapoint.

But I'm curious, if Godzilla is going to fight another monster is he the good guy?
Gamera623
Gamera623 - 4/22/2014, 7:21 AM
I hope they do it right and there is no good guy.
Just 2 monsters attacking each other and neither one gives a fig about humanity.
Just like in Godzilla Raids Again.

Happy to know that they are open to sequels, but I'm even more satisfied that they are just focusing solely on this one movie, just focus on Godzilla's origin story from beginning to end. A complete story. And if it's successful, THEN open the flood gates for a sequel.

Can't wait for GODZILLA!!!!

OK, my original comment:

"Without reading/watching this I'm gonna go ahead and say they took a grounded, gritty and realistic approach to the story? Like how would the world really react to these creatures?"

And I was completely wrong. Listening to them talk, it sounds like they totally get it. They didn't throw around those typical buzz terms. They talked from the heart.

Besides, I hope that if it comes to a sequel, he'll use IMAX. Godzilla seems like he was made for the IMAX format! Or is it the other way around……
