Evil resurfaces in Derry as director Andy Muschietti reunites the Losers Club—young and adult—in a return to where it all began with “It Chapter Two.”

The film is Muschietti’s follow-up to 2017’s critically acclaimed and massive worldwide box office hit “IT,” which grossed over $700 million globally. Both redefining and transcending the genre, “IT” became part of the cultural zeitgeist as well as the highest-grossing horror film of all time.

Because every 27 years evil revisits the town of Derry, Maine, “It Chapter Two” brings the characters—who’ve long since gone their separate ways—back together as adults, nearly three decades after the events of the first film.

@tmp3

He did a great job being super dislikable in The Wire S2.

And yeah he looks dead on JDG.

The trailer actually contained the spoiler regarding a certain LC member (for those who didn't read the novel).

Bold(ish) move.

@Alex35 - are you referring to the bath tub scene? The director and writers said they aren't shying away from any aspect of the book

@MyCoolYoung - Yes, the bath tub scene. I mean in reality, both trailers are full of that reference, one should only do the math (literally) and will figure it out.

@Alex35 - For the people who haven't read the novel or don't know the story, that brief shot is not a spoiler at all without the frame of reference that others may have. It's not strictly that "bold". It's smart because they are clearly catering to those who know what's what, but as just a brief subliminal shot it is just fitting with the dark imagery of Pennywise they're presenting us.

Does it float? I'm not buying this magazine unless it floats.
