On a sidenote, does anyone know why there aren't really any stories on the site regarding Grimm?I think there may only be 2 actual articles about the show. One in February and one in May.

Is no one else interested in this show?I mean, you have a show that's created/written/produced by the producer of Buffy and the co-creator/writer/producer of Angel and no one is talking about it.

Last night's episode brought in 6.4 million viewers on a Friday night, so somebody's sure as hell interested in it.Anyone else here, besides me?

Sorry to highjack this Supernatural article.

Last night's episode was amazing! It was nice to see the writers go down memory lane a bit. SPN forever!!! :D

Btw, "Grimm" sucks ass. It's a goddamn blatant ripoff of Kripke's masterpiece and I hope it gets cancelled....

You're saying David Greenwalt is ripping off a show that's heavily influenced by his own shows?Doesn't seem too likely.

I will watch Grimm, but Supernatural will always come first. I have been watching since Season 1. I am invested in these characters. granted Greenwalt worked on my all time fave Angel, I just don't like watching a show on NBC and liking it just for it to get canceled.

That's exactly what I'm saying. A hunter who comes from a sacred bloodline and occupies his time hunting mythical monsters? Yeeeeeeeah.... think I've seen that somewhere on the CW for a while now, dude.

I've got to disagree with you, SamWinchester. There's no way I could believe that Greenwalt, who helped mold the first three seasons of Buffy, ran the first three seasons of Angel, created Profit and produced Miracles, Jake 2.0 and Kidnapped would resort to ripping off another creator.

And especially from a creator whose show is so much like Buffy, Angel and Miracles.I have to believe he's more creative than that.

No offense, but you guys are so naive. The first thing you type in when you type "Grimm NBC" into Google is this article: http://www.buzzfocus.com/2011/10/28/grimm-series-premiere-review-pilot-a-supernatural-rip-off-without-the-charm/

I think that says all that needs to be said if you ask me. Just because someone is popular and iis known to have contributed to something genuine in the past, doesn't mean they don't have a plaigeristic bone in their body. Just ask Rob Liefeld.

What does it matter if something is similar to something else?As long as it's good.Supernatural is almost directly lifted from Preacher, Hellblazer, Sandman and American Gods, but no one seems to be calling it out.Even Kripke has admitted they are strong influences.Doesn't make us love the show even less.

You could take plenty of stories(pre 2005) and place them side by side with Supernatural and they match up almost point for point. So what?

I'm going to watch both Supernatural and Grimm. And I'm going to enjoy them.I see Greenwalt is bringing along some Buffy/Angel writers and I'm hoping they bring the same game they brought back in the day.

For me, it started with Buffy, then Angel came along, then Supernatural and now Grimm. This is likely to be Supernatural's last season, so I'm hoping Grimm is good enough to stick around and be my new show.
