JUSTICE LEAGUE: Ben Affleck Promises Plenty Of Surprises And Twists Not Shown In The Trailers
The trailers for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice pretty much gave everything away but Ben Affleck has promised fans that we can expect to see plenty of unexpected twists and turns in the movie.
The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailers revealed far too much from the movie, including Doomsday's role in proceedings. The only real surprise was the Man of Steel's demise and with so many Justice League trailers and TV spots out there, some fans are understandably concerned that the movie won't feature much in the way of surprises. Well, Ben Affleck has a different opinion on that!
During a recent interview to promote the DC Comics adaptation, Affleck confirmed that the previews for the movie haven't really given all that much away and that there are plenty of surprises to come.
"Well, I think any time you’re making a movie, you’re telling a story, you don’t want to give it away. These movies, people pay a lot of attention to them, so they have to work a little bit harder to keep it secret. There’s some cool reveals and fun twists and, so far, we’ve managed to keep them secret."
Chief among those must be Superman's return from the dead as that's something we've heard literally nothing about since production started. There are a lot of theories and rumours out there but nothing concrete and Warner Bros. should be applauded for ensuring that's the case. What do you guys think of Affleck's comments? Do you think Justice League will surprise us? Share your thoughts below.
