yep ... this week was one hell of a ride.
As for the trailers : Desolation of Smaug trailer was definitely better than Elysium 3 minute preview. Stopped watching after 2 minutes. Too many spoilers.

Gonna see MOS next week. Here's hoping it's gonna be good. People seems to be divided.

P.S. 300 part duo trailer sucks. Unnecessary sequel.

Man of Steel was ok. Not great but ok. There was too much man of EMO angst. The colors in it any more muted would be in black and white. Action was great but I honestly never felt my self cheering for the Hero.

MOS is way better than Superman 78, which is shit... fvck Christopher Reeve and his shitty performance

300 trailer actually does look good but I also agree a sequal is unnecessary and smells of cow milking

Reeves did a great job especially making it believable people are fooled by the glasses thing. The camera work was annoying in Man of Steel where the shot of Clark leaving the farm in the 78 film is one of the shots that always comes to mind.
Superman in man of steel was just barely likable. The Reeves film though FX wise is dated still remains a classic.
The music in man of steel was bleh at best and not suitable for a Superhero movie at all.

True they are the dream team. Some of the early parts of Man of Steel I was able to take a nap and easily predict when a good point was to take a pee break

What is the deal with all the hate on Man of Steel? It was a fantastic movie. People can't learn to LET GO of the Reeve movie and STOP COMPARING the two movies. They are completely different! And for good reason. The old movie was good for its time, but it's the 21st century now and time for an update. Man of Steel did a great job of that.

They hate that it is doing so well and breaking records. Yes it is childish, but if they find humor in it, then just ignore them and they go away.
