We finally have an official home release date for Zack Snyder's Justice League. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment announced today that the "Snyder Cut" will be available to own on Digital Download from April 19th, and on 4K, Blu-Ray and DVD from May 21st.

These dates are for the UK and Ireland, but we assume the film will be available in the US around the same time (or earlier).

The special features are not up to much, unfortunately, although the Digital version will include the black-and-white "Justice Is Grey" edition of the film.

4K, BLU-RAY AND DVD ELEMENTS

“Zack Snyder’s Justice League” 4K and Blu-Ray contains the following special feature:

Road To Justice League (Featurette): Director Zack Snyder reflects on his trilogy of films in the DC Universe

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ELEMENTS

“Zack Snyder’s Justice League” Digital Download contains the following special features (select retailers only):

Zack Snyder’s Justice League: Justice League Grey (Feature): For years the #Snydercut existed in black and white and shown to only a select few. Now Warner Bros. are bringing “Justice Is Grey” to fans in Ireland for the first time as additional content available to customers who purchase a digital download of “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” from selected digital retailers only

Building A Scene: A Thrilling look at how the film’s most incredible scenes were brought to life

In Zack Snyder's Justice League, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes.

Now united, Batman (Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.

Man of Steel was a great start to the DC movie franchise! I couldn't wait to see Henry Cavill channel Clark Kent: Daily Planet reporter in a Man of Steel 2...

@SanFranLand - the one on the blu ray is around 30 min long, wish they would also put those building a scene featurettes, but now I will probably look on youtube for those

@LameLuka - Gimme some commentary! Man of Steel had an awesome commentary where the creators and actors visually pop in and explain how it was created, etc. When they recently updated the BvS on digital it now has an audio commentary.

some eople just love to heate even though they probaly never watche dit to begin with. i acitally enjoyed it over the whedon version i enjoyed the extra stuff . wehter you belive it was new footage he shot or originally thats of no interest. it was a better movie regardless.

haters goning to hate and still be salty it god released. i can't wait till theres more snyder dc stuff released for them to moan about.

Money talks at the end of the day. wb say no now but feel free to change your tune anytime when there current line of movies being produced may not take them to the bank.

At the end of the day if you please your fans and give them movies they actually want to see you will be rewarded with bums on seats , movie studios dont always know best just stay true to the comics its why they are loved and than using excuses saying "it wont translate" .

Its a fictional moive we rae not stupid that we cdan't tell the difference, but we still want to see it on the screen .

One pet hate of mine To date we still havent had a decent and acurate Goblin in the mcu! How many times before you just do it ala the comics and animated series desgin it aint hard. if spiderman can roam about in a onsie and we can have a hulk on screen etc then anything is dooable .

studios are jerks and questionable. if you want the money do it right the first time .
