Darkseid "Knightmare" Deleted Scene Revealed In One Of Zack Snyder's JUSTICE LEAGUE Storyboards
We've known for a while that Darkseid was supposed to show up in Justice League before Joss Whedon got his hands on the movie and now a storyboard sheds some light on what the villain's role was set to be.
A number of reports about what Zack Snyder had planned for Darkseid in Justice League have surfaced in recent months but a previously unseen storyboard has now appeared which reveals more about the "Knightmare" sequence we've heard so much about. That obviously would have tied into Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and it's definitely interesting trying to decipher what's going on here.
Bear in mind that we never got any sort of payoff in regards to The Flash paying that visit to Bruce Wayne in the Batcave and these storyboards by Snyder show Darkseid performing the Unity and destroying a large part of Earth. Look closely, though, and you'll notice that the Hall of Justice has been destroyed, a great nod to the comic books and a hint at what was to come for the team in this world.
What do you guys think of this Darkseid deleted scene? Should it have remained in Justice League last year? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts on that in the comments section down below.
