JUSTICE LEAGUE: Ezra Miller Reveals A Deleted Scene And Shares A Shocking New Detail About The Flash

In the video below, Ezra Miller confirms that Barry Allen is never referred to as the Flash in Justice League. While that's sure to upset some fans, it's nothing new for superhero movies; after all, how many times have you heard Natasha Romanoff called "Black Widow" or Sam Willson referred to as "The Falcon"? Even so, this is pretty shocking but what does it have to do with a deleted scene?

"Barry is just Barry," Miller explains. "There's even a scene that was cut from the movie, where he's going on and on and on [about it]. 'Why was that scene cut from the movie?' But yeah, he's going on and on trying to figure out who he should be and what he should call himself. So yeah, he doesn't have a superhero name yet." The question is, will he get that moniker in the upcoming Flashpoint

You'd have to hope so but this version of Barry is still a student so we're clearly a long way off from getting the CSI who is confident in his ability to protect Central City as the Scarlet Speedster. If anything, it sounds like the Flash we're going to meet here us playing a role similar to that of Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War and that's a very unexpected direction to take the hero in.

Wilding on a roll, can't keep up with all these articles!

I dunno why the cut that scene, it's not like the movie is near to 3 hours, so why not?

Well, they can always do that in his solo movie...If they find a director first, that is... :P

@sixthsense - Stopping bank robbers still sounds like being a superhero, even if your method is just pushing people real hard.

@MrDandy - one does become superhero when others see him as that, since Barry is still very young in JL he's not an established superhero Flash.
