The news of a Spider-Man reboot was quite a shock to most if not all.
Andrew is a great pick to play Spidey in my opinion also he is a real fan of the character so that is a plus and being an unknown helps but he has a very big burden on his shoulders to win over the fans of Raimi's movies. The movie will do very well at the box office because it is Spider-Man after all the name alone will bring in the money.
Anne Hathaway as Catwoman
The Dark Knight Rises 2012
This one I really don't know what to expect she was never someone I thought of for this role. Can she top Michelle's Catwoman not real sure about that one but Halle Berry's no problem.
Chris Evans as Captain America
Captain America:The First Avenger 2011
Chris is already a veteran of the genre but this is the biggest role of his career and has a lot to prove to his doubters. I remember there was quite a lot of negative response to him been cast mostly because of him playing The Human Torch. I think Chris is going to do a great job and his stint in the F4 will be nothing more than a distant memory.
Daniel Craig as Jake Lonergan
Cowboys and Aliens 2011
Well Daniel already proved his doubters wrong in Casino Royale that he is a worthy Bond. Daniel is a newcomer to the CBM genre but we already know he is a great actor and he should be great in this. I'm not sure how well this movie will do with the general public the title will throw some people off.
Chris Hemsworth as THOR
THOR 2011
Hemsworth is pretty much an unknown actor much like Christopher Reeve was when he was cast as Superman which really helped people see Superman and not the actor. Will this help Hemsworth maybe but from what I have seen he does look the part and seems to play it well.
Henry Cavill as Superman

I think this is great casting Henry is a fantastic actor and also an unknown to most which will help. There is quite a lot of fan backing for this choice and he has the right look for Superman but can he be this generation's man of steel cause there is a lot riding on this film and WB needs this to succeed.
Hugo Weaving as The Red Skull

Perfect choice for Red Skull and I expect a perfect performance from Weaving this will be one of 2011's finest.
Jason Momoa as CONAN
CONAN THE BARBARIAN 2011
I personally like this casting and think Jason will be awesome but I'm not sure how good the movie itself will be the director is not known for great movies. Maybe Marcus Nispel might surprise us and bring us a movie that will blow us all away or just make us wonder why they bothered.
Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye
The Avengers 2012
I have no doubts about Renner as Hawkeye I think he will do very well in this part.
Tom Hiddleston as LOKI
THOR 2011
It was strange to hear he was going for the part of THOR to start with couldn't really picture that but as LOKI no problem there. Tom will bring LOKI to life no doubt in my mind.
Michael Fassbender as Magneto
X-MEN First Class 2011
Michael is a star in the making in my opinion and is going to be great in this even if the movie sucks Michael won't.
Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner
The Avengers 2012
The man who replaced Ed Norton has very big shoes to fill I'm sure he will be good but can he convince us that Marvel made the right decision.
Ryan Reyolds as Hal Jordan
GREEN LANTERN 2011
I wanted Bradley Cooper for Hal but Ryan won it in the end. Ryan is also a Veteran of the genre but this is the first time he will be the star of the movie I think he is a good choice but after the mixed reactions to the trailer some doubt if this will be any good. Ryan and Martin Campbell really need to deliver on this one.
Rhys Ifans as Curt Conners/The Lizard

I'm glad that the lizard is going to be the villain but I have only seen Ifans in Little Nicky and that movie was not great. I don't really know what to expect from this one.
Tom Hardy as BANE
The Dark Knight Rises 2012
I'm pumped for this one Hardy is going to make an awesome BANE, everything I have seen Hardy in he was great no worries here.
James McAvoy as Charles Xavier
X-MEN First Class 2011
James is a good actor but is he good enough to play the younger version of Patrick Stewart's Xavier only time will tell.
Mark Strong as Sinestro
GREEN LANTERN 2011
This one should turn out brilliant Mark is a great and very underrated actor and his Sinestro looks perfect.
