Superman Returns actors- Brandon Routh and Sam Huntington had a sit-down with Superherohype to discuss their personal thoughts on the upcoming Zack Snyder Superman reboot- Man of Steel! Refer below for the interview!

SuperHeroHype: Have the wounds healed over the Superman casting?

(They both laugh)

Routh: It's long over and it's all done. I obviously want them to do a nice job because there are a lot of people counting on a good film. Including us.

Huntington: We all want to see a good movie.

Routh: It's Hollywood.

Huntington: They've got Nolan and Snyder, so visually and story-wise, they'll come together for something...

It is nice to see these two are being good sports about the complete reboot of the franchise and are also confident in the leadership ability of Nolan and the visual style of Snyder. Superman's latest outing on the big screen is expected to commence in the Winter of 2012!

@mbembet- They can do camera angles and higher boots to make him a bit taller. He is going through intense fight-training '300' style. Come 2012, I don't think you will be calling him a "midget" anymore. ;D

Just saying...

@LP4-Cavill will do fine but I still think Joe M would have been better Superman. I'm still keeping my finger crossed for Joe to play Superman in JLA or another Superman film. Keep up good work!!!

@wildstar13- Dude, I HELLA wanted Joe M to be Supes!!! hahaha. I even had him as Superman for my avatar for a little while! hahahaha!!!

He had the rugged and muscular body for Superman down pat plus the height! Plus he really loves the character!

I was also hoping Joe M would get the JLA Superman gig at least! We can only hope!!! Looks like we both want the same kind of Superman on the big screen!

Good stuff buddy! Good stuff!

LP4- I agree with you 100%. For once I want to see my favorite superhero played by someone looks imposing, strong, and can act!!! Not some sissy ass skinny pretty boy. I have been Superman fan for over 25 years and Joe was born to play Superman.

Lol you guys crack me up...

ROUTH's a billion times better than WELLING and everyone knows it!

As for CAVILL & SNYDER... they wont let us down!

Hell MAN OF STEEL has got to set a new bar, one I hope GREEN LANTERN, THOR and CAP will set too!

LP4 @ Nice find dude! ; )

@wildstar13- Dude I agree with you 110%! Joe definitely has the acting chops and the imposing stature to pull of a very mature and manly Superman! Fingers crossed he at least gets the JLA gig!

@LEEE- Thanks dude! =D

@Superguy- ...yeah I don't personally feel that bad for him. Had his time to shine as Superman on the big screen, now it is someone else's turn. I don't really feel bad for any celebrities to be honest lol. Whether they make a good or bad film they still profit off it and make way more money then any of us probably do in a whole year. LOL

@ncreb- Agreed dude!!!
