The zombie threat is over, but at great cost to CVO, who must pick up the pieces, rebuild the team, and figure out what lasting repercussions there are in a world where magic was forever changed. And a threat from beyond also brings in other familiar faces from across IDW's developing universe!

Written by Chris Ryall & Tom Waltz, art by David Messina. The comic is 32 pages and retails for $3.99. Out June!

haha All we'll need is a Ash/Marvel Zombies reference, and then DC to get on board, and we'll have the biggest Comic Cross Over in history.

War of the Independents #1 is available from Dave Ryan at his FaceBook site: http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/profile.php?id=709125543

War of the Independents #1 should also be available through Diamond soon.

Incidentally, War of the Independents is up for three Eagle Awards this year. FYI.
