Fantasy Writer Neil Gaiman Discusses the Possibility of Good Omens Film Adaptation

Fresh off the news that Gaiman's award winning fantasy, American Gods, is in development at Game of Thrones network HBO, Gaiman discusses hopes for Good Omens adaptation in the near future with Terry Gilliam to direct.

In the following video, Neil Gaiman discusses his and co-author Terry Pratchett's comedy of apocalyptic proportions, Good Omens, potentially receiving a film adaptation developed by writer/director Terry Gilliam of Monty Python. While Gaiman confirms neither so treat this as a rumor, what he doesn't say suggests that something is in the works. Gaiman also talks of Terry Pratchett's unfortunate diagnoses of early onset Alzheimer's disease and his desire to develop an adaptation in time for Pratchett to see.
