Bound by a shared destiny, a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity and a former boy-genius inventor jaded by disillusionment embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory as “Tomorrowland.” Bird has gathered a great team behind the lens with Oscar® winning director of photography Claudio Miranda (“Life of Pi,” “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”), production designer Scott Chambliss (“Star Trek,” “Star Trek Into Darkness,” “Cowboys & Aliens”), Oscar® nominated costume designer Jeffrey Kurland (“Inception,” “Ocean’s Eleven”) and Academy Award®-winning editor Walter Murch (“The English Patient,” “Cold Mountain”).

Tomorrowland will be released through Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on December 12, 2014.

Not really that interesting for a first trailer.

I'll need one more to see if this can catch my attention.

With "Big Hero 6", "Into The Woods", "Inside Out", and now "Tomorrowland" it kind of feels like classic Disney is coming back.

@KidGoku Well Inside Out is Pixar. They're more conected to Disney than something like Marvel and probably even Lucasfilm but they're still seperate so I don't think that Disney should be given any credit for that.

Not that Disney needs it anyway.

I got a very Joseph Kosinski type of vibe from this. Hopefully this film is a lot more like Brad Bird's animated work, and does not fall to being just another Disney CGI-fest.

I am so excited for this, have been since it was first announced. I hoped it does fit into the history of Disney like the initial description implied.

Now that's how you make a trailer. I swear some people nowadays have been spoiled to the point where they need to have the first and second act of a film in a trailer. lol Anything ith Brad Bird attached is Grade A.

Brad's pretty busy right now, but I wish he coud do a marvel film...I think he'd do great things with thor 3, or Avengers 3 even.
