Frank Miller is to make his Directorial debut by bringing the famed Comic Book series to the Big Screen!

Created by Eisner in 1940, the Spirit is a masked detective, believed dead, who fights the criminals of Central City from his cemetary base.

The good folks at IGN.com have posted what looks like the teaser poster of the upcoming Frank Miller directed film "The Spirit". I can defintely see the Sin City influence there.
