For those that don't know, the BvS trailer rumor turned out to be a misunderstanding. Elmayimbe cleared it up by saying he was basically just expressing excitement for the rumor and just reiterated it. So yeah, we're not getting a trailer for a while...

I sure hope not, it's basically the fan-made poster that we've been seeing since like July. I'll give it to DC though, I always prefer to see live action posters.

@JoeMomma29 - I hope so, but we don't really have anything to go on. I wouldn't be extremely surprised. TDKR got a trailer over a year prior to release and Man of Steel got one 11 months prior.

It's happening. The Trininty appearing onscreen together for the first time. They've already got promo material ready. I can smell a teaser coming. Maybe - I pray I'm right - that we'll get one during the super bowl. The Cape and The Cowl have a stare-down in the rain. Then the logo. The Big S in the middle of the Big Bat.

Followed by comic fans everywhere flipping their shit. Some people don't follow this stuff like we do. Some people out there may find out about Batman v Superman for the first time. I envy them.

Well... like Omarvls said, he referred to Doomsday looking "Awesome" and claimed to have a beat by beat description. Not to mention his tweets preceding that when he mention something "BIG" being on the horizon

Let's just say... I would put money on the fact that it's dropping with JA ;)

I feel like a teaser tied to this years Super Bowl would be rather unintelligent, marketing wise. People aren't gonna remember a movie commercial a year and a month after the fact. One could say the same for the trailer (possibly) attached to JA, which is fair, but you won't be spending 2.5 million on a trailer that will be seen in television once, with it immediately hitting the web after the fact. It makes much more sense to attach it to the 2016 Super Bowl, as it would be so close to release. It just doesn't make sense to attach it to this years Super Bowl.

I can't wait to start seeing this in large, dynamic standing cutouts in the movie theaters (individuals too in addition to the combined one in some other section of the same damn theater.

And this dude from "The Mamas & The Papas" looks eerily like Matthew McConaughey.
