This feature is not a comprehensive list of all the weapons present on these upcoming movies, but will focus more on the weapons that might be given prominence on the movies. The information below are from their comic book history, whether the movies will stick to this remains to be seen.

THOR
1. Mjolnir

Mjolnir (literal translation, "that which smashes") is the hammer wielded by Thor.Odin ordered the dwarf blacksmiths Eitri, Brok, and Buri to forge the hammer using the core of a star as the mold. Although powerful in and of itself, the hammer also received several potent spells from Odin. Much later, Mjolnir was gifted to Thor, after he proved himself worthy through several trials.

PropertiesMjolnir is already extremely durable and highly invulnerable like the Earth metal Adamantium or the Olympian metal Adamantine, and combined with the various enchantments placed upon it by Odin, is for all intents and purposes, indestructible. Mjolnir also grants it's user, countless mystical attributes and powers such as manipulation of the fundamental forces of the Universe such as the electromagnetic spectrum, gravity etc. Mjolnir can be used both offensively and defensively. It is often used as a physical weapon, with almost nothing being capable of withstanding a hammer blow or throw. It has been described as impacting with sufficient force to "destroy mountains".
First appearance: Journey Into Mystery #83

2. Gungnir

From what we see in the Thor trailer this weapons seems to change hands from Odin to Loki.
Gungnir is the spear of Odin. Like Mjolnir, the hammer of Thor, it returns to his hand after he has thrown it, and again like Mjolnir, no one but its owner can lift it. Odin can channel his mystical power through Gungnir. (The banishment of Thor from the movie trailer looks like a use of this feature).
First appearance: Thor #275 (September, 1978)

3. Destroyer

In the comics Odin built the Destroyer as a weapon to use against the Celestials. I would presume that they will change this origin, or if they want to be respectful of this one, a flashback and the acknowledgment of the existence of the celestials will be an added bonus to us fans.

The Destroyer armor's possesses numerous superhuman capabilities but only if the armor is inhabited by the spirit of a sentient being. While some of the powers might vary, depending upon the spirit inhabiting the armor, they are primarily the same for any. (If this is true whose spirit will be in the Destroyer armor - Loki?)
First appearance: Journey Into Mystery #118

X-Men First Class
X-Gene

Greatest weapon of the X-Men or other mutants are the abilities that they have developed due to a mutated X-Gene. The mutation ranges from a minor change in appearance to the ability to control the weather

Here's mutant classification according to their power level.
OMEGA: Omega mutants are those with the highest level of power. They are the most powerful of the Alphas.
ALPHA: Alpha mutants have very powerful and useful mutant powers and no drawbacks such as changes in appearance. They are perhaps the most feared mutants.
BETA: Betas are as powerful as alphas but they have some physical changes as a drawback.
GAMMA: Gammas are also powerful mutants but they suffer from large physical changes. These changes make their lives very hard and make them very easy to tell they are a mutant.
DELTA: Delta mutants have low levels of power than Alphas. Like Alphas, they have no physical changes. Most Deltas do not even know they are mutants.EPSILON: Epsilons have minor superhuman powers and major physical flaws. They are easily recognized just by looking at them.

It would be good if the new movie dabbles a little into this, considering that it is sort of a new beginning for the franchise. It would be nice to have some solid groundwork for them to exploit in upcoming sequels (I am an optimist I believe that this movie will have a sequel).

Green Lantern
1. Power Rings

A Power Ring known also as a Green Lantern ring, is a piece of jewelry that grants the wearer incredible and incomprehensible powers and abilities. They are considered to be one of the most powerful weapons in the known universe. Depending on the skill and willpower of the wearer, it can do almost anything.

Bright Green Energy Conduit: The rings use pure bright green glowing energy supplied by a Power Battery, which in most cases takes the form of bright green light. This energy is the green light of willpower of the Emotional Electromagnetic Spectrum. A Green Lantern's ring has the ability to affect and use fundamental forces of the known universe, including electromagnetic energies such as gravity, radiation, heat, light, and powerful blasts of concussive force. It is theorized that the ring also has a basis in other dimensional energies commonly called magic by users of such energies. The ring can also create fields of force formed from an unknown energy that is bound by the users' will.
First appearance: All-American Comics #16 (July, 1940)

2. Fear

A weapon to negate willpower is fear. (With a face like Hector Hammond's you know you have fear big time). I want to point out the color of Hector's eyes, which is yellow. According to Green Lantern lore yellow is the color of fear. And one of the greatest adversary of the Green Lantern corps is the fear entity Parallax. It has the ability to possess individuals and let them instill great fear in their surroundings.
First appearance of Fear Entity: Green Lantern Vol 3 #50 (March, 1994)

Captain America
1. Shield

The Shield (no not Nick Fury's group) is Captain America's primary weapon. The most well-known of his shields is a disc shaped object with a five-pointed star design in its center, within blue, red, and white (metallic for the movie) concentric circles. This shield is composed of a unique alloy of vibranium and steel, and is therefore practically indestructable. It is as much an offensive weapon as a defensive one for Captain America. He uses it against his enemies mainly by throwing it at them and can perform mind-bogglingly impossible tricks with it.
I have a more in depth article about Captain America's shields here:
Captain America's Shields
First appearance: Captain America Comics #2 (April, 1941)

2. Cosmic Cube

The Cosmic Cube is an item that controls matter and energy, answering to the will of the sentient beings that use it. It requires practice to be used properly, but a skillful user can alter all reality to answer to its thought, granting anything they desire.
First appearance: Tales of Suspense #79 (July, 1966)

…Oooops almost forgot about this weapon easter egg appearing in Thor(?).
Infinity Gauntlet

The Infinity Guantlet was designed to hold six of the 'soul gems', better known as the Infinity Gems. When used in combination their already impressive powers made the wearer nearly invincible.

Again I repeat this is by no means a complete list. A complete list will involves the weapons of the other asgardians, the guns of the Howling Commandos, and so on… I just chose the weapons which to me seems interesting. I don't know about you but me, seeing these things coming to life, well you know what I'll be getting for Christmas.

glad to see you're actually writing good articles now, instead of flooding features with polls.

but yeah, the infinity gems are not "soul gems". There is one soul gem. the rest are other powers.

And Magneto's psychic blocking helmet, which is sure to be showcased in XM:FC, as well as Cerebro (although more of a tool, not so much a weapon).

the eye of agomotto is another easter egg in Odin's trophy room. there is a video on collider.com where one guy from collider and one from AICN got a set visit, and afterwards they made a vid describing all that they saw
