R.I.P.D. is directed by Robert Schwentke (Red) and produced by Neal H. Moritz (Fast & Furious series, I Am Legend), Mike Richardson (Hellboy, Hellboy II: The Golden Army) and Michael Fottrell (Fast & Furious series, Live Free or Die Hard).

This movie looks awful. It's basically Men in Black with ghosts and demons with the charisma of Will Smith replaced with the franchise killing witless and unfunny Ryan Reynolds. This is going to bomb big time.

@Darkknightman

that's the problem. It's not gonna bomb. People love to watch those kind of movies. I'm sure it will also get a sequel. Just you wait.

I don't think this is going to do well at all. Ryan Reynolds has proven that he is not an action box office draw. This premise has been done already and done to much better effect in the MIB series. This is going to fail.

here's hope that one day some studio will release the biggest and most expensive pile of shit the cinema have ever seen. With the biggest and baddest cast ever And that this movie gonna bomb so hard that everyone will start to read the scripts they been given.

It doesn't look bad. I like the fact that ryan's character is basically immortal so dangerous stuff can happen to him and stil be funny. Haters gonna hate. People thought Man of still was going to be critically acclaimed yet it got 58% on RT. Yet expected critical flops like dredd recieved a higher rating.
