New Look At The POWER RANGERS Movie Revealed On Cover Of Graphic Novel Sequel
Lionsgate and BOOM! Studios are teaming up for a graphic novel set after the events of the upcoming Power Rangers movie, and the cover reveal provides a brand new look at the colourful heroes...
Lionsgate and BOOM! Studios are clearly banking on Power Rangers being a success as they're teaming up to release a sequel just five days after the movie hits theaters. Available from March 29th, Power Rangers: Aftershock is written by Ryan Parrott (Batman: Gates of Gotham) with art by Lucas Werneck (Moon Knight), and focuses on the team once they've defeated Rita Repulsa and become heroes.
As you can see, the covers below give us a new look at the team's costumes, and if you already hate them, chances are this will do nothing to change your mind! They do arguably look a little better as comic book artwork than in the official image, but either way, this is a very different look for the heroes. Do you guys have any interest in picking up this graphic novel when it goes on sale next year?
