ALIEN: COVENANT - Witness The Creation Of Michael Fassbender's Walter Android In This Unsettling New Promo

This promo for Ridley Scott's Alien: Covenant gives us an eerie glimpse into the creation of the Walter android, who is a newer version of David from Prometheus. Everything should work out fine...

This latest promo for Ridley Scott's Alien: Covenant places the focus on David's successor, Walter (Michael Fassbender), as we see the "service android" created from scratch in a scene which winds up playing out more like a rather sinister advert for the latest model.

Will Walter turn out to be a danger to his crew like pretty much every other android in this entire saga (not you Bishop, we're good) has? I'm thinking it's a fairly safe bet.

“Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world — whose sole inhabitant is the ‘synthetic’ David (Michael Fassbender), survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.”

Alien: Covenant stars Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Demien Bichir and Danny McBride, and is set to hit theaters on August 4, 2017.
