A couple of new Alien: Covenant promos show us the messages both Daniels and Oram transmitted before leaving the safety of the ship, and venturing down to the mysterious and deadly planet. This is inter-cut with flashes of the fate that awaits them.

In related news, during an interview with Empire (via AvP Galaxy) Sir Ridley Scott was asked in there was any possibility he'd consider reintroducing a younger version of Sigourney Weaver's Ripley for potential Covenant sequels. Though the director didn't confirm any plans were currently in place, he did seem to suggest it was something that we could see at some point in the future, as the technology is there.

Check out the promos below, and let us know what you think of this ridiculously horrible de-aged Ripley idea in the usual place.

@DENNISsystem - Same. If he really never gets to do an alien, i'd be so disappointed. The dude is a great sci-fi director, and can't wait to see any movie he does.
