Could Men in Black 4 Work with a New Cast?

TLJ is seemingly relunctant to do more movies and Will Smith's movie choices have been less than satisfactory so could they just do MiB 4 without them?

Men in Black is a movie series based on the comic book of the same name. I grew up on Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones being in these roles. However, the franchise literally has it's very own reboot button, referring to the neuralyzer. Agent K and J get the boot from the organization and we can bring in a new cast with special effects being where they are now, I would love to see the action and technology of the films brought to life in, say 2016 or whatever. Are you simply tired of this series and its' concept or do you think it would be cool to bring in some new people for a Men in Black 4? They've talked about bringing Jaden Smith in to fill in his father's shoes (please don't) and the possibility of bringing back Josh Brolin as Young Agent K is always there. Who would you like to see in the films if they made a sequel/reboot?

They should just end it with the third one. It was the best installment in the franchise in my opinion, and I only see it going down hill if they try to make more.

It wouldn't be a reboot, it would be a continuation with a new generation. You could have Smith and Jones involved or not, depending on their availability, but the emphasis would be on the younger actors -- the same thing they're doing with Star Wars and trying to do with Ghostbusters. I think it makes sense. This is a good premise and a good series, so I'd like to see it continue.

No. No more MiB. 3 is plenty.

Don't reboot the franchise only because the first film is really great. Perhaps just continue on with the franchise but with a different cast. To be honest, i've given up on the franchise because the franchise had so much potential. So i think that maybe it should be left alone.

[frick] a reboot - pardon my French :PP

Continuation with new players for a 4TH or even better, a TV show that continues on from the movies,as in same world.
