Jupiter Ascending will land in theaters July 25th, 2014

JUPITER ASCENDING - Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis) was born under a night sky, with signs predicting that she was destined for great things. Now grown, Jupiter dreams of the stars but wakes up to the cold reality of a job cleaning toilets and an endless run of bad breaks. Only when Caine (Channing Tatum), a genetically engineered ex-military hunter, arrives on Earth to track her down does Jupiter begin to glimpse the fate that has been waiting for her all along – her genetic signature marks her as next in line for an extraordinary inheritance that could alter the balance of the cosmos.

Good for Tatum to not follow the McConaughey route with rom-coms and to work with respectable auteurs like Soderbergh, Bennett Miller, Wachowskis, etc

@reasonnn Keep in mind that Matthew McConaughey has learned his lesson years ago, and has followed up with critical acclaim with his work in The Lincoln Lawyer, Mud, Magic Mike and Dallas Buyers Club which could earn him an Oscar nom.

Also, he's going to be in Wolf of Wall Street and Interstellar. Not a bad comeback.

@tankd You seem to be a bitter person to dislike Mila Kunis.

Can we, please, just once, get through a [frick]ing film without killing Sean Bean?? Did he piss off a studio head? Did he lose a bet? It's getting to a point where, we'll be so used to him dying that, when it really happens, people will say things like "Meh. I've seen it before." This will be followed by Grif saying "Shit death. Liked the one in Lord of the Rings better."

Looks like he has elfish/Spock ears in this movie. I still hate him but his 30 second cameo in This is the End, was terrific.

Channing Tatum is such a bad actor. Anything with him in it puts me off straight away. The kid just acts the same in every flick - all gangster. Innit
