SDCC '16: New KONG: SKULL ISLAND Motion Poster Promises The King Will Be With Us In 3 Days

The official Kong: Skull Island Twitter account has revealed a new motion poster for the movie, which hints at the full reveal of the great ape in three days time during the film's San Diego Comic-Con panel. Whether that's in the form of a full trailer or simply a teaser image is unclear at this point, but it's a safe bet we'll be getting more than just another shot of the human cast members.

Starring Brie Larson, Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, John Goodman, Jing Tian, Corey Hawkins, Jason Mitchell, John Ortiz, Shea Whigham, and Toby Kebbell, Kong: Skull Island is set to be released on March 10th, 2017.

Can't [frick]ing wait. Kong and Godzilla are my favorite monsters.

Godzilla was kind of a let down, especially at how epic the trailers were. Hopefully this is way better and actually focuses on the monsters.

Then again, Tom Hiddleston can probably hold his own better than Aaron Taylor Johnson. The mistake Godzilla made was killing off Cranston.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - Godzilla had potential. It wasn't bad, but I agree with you. Cranston should have stayed alive. He was turning in a powerhouse performance before they threw his character away.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - Agreed. Cranston should have remained the lead not the Kick-Ass kid.Other then that (and the generic looking "villain" monsters) I really, really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next one.

@thor2273 - I remember a couple years back when my dad texted me and told me to turn to a certain channel that was playing this to celebrate the new Godzilla's release. We spent the whole movie texting back and forth how ridiculous but awesome this movie was.
