According to Deadline, a new front-runner has emerged for the role of ruthless previous games winner Johanna Mason in Francis Lawrence's follow up to The Hunger Games. Zoe Aggeliki has been in talks along with Jena Malone, but word is the former is the favorite to land the part. Apparently the character plays quite a large part in both Hunger Games sequel novels the role is a highly sought after one.
Aggeliki has roles in the upcoming
R.I.P.D. and
Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is scheduled for release November 22, 2013.
