THis is pretty much the episode I've been waiting for. Gaiman is a great writer: I love Sandman and American Gods. Episode three was a little weak but it had its moments.

Today's ep wasn't bad, but this one should be great!
I also heard a rumor that the first half of this series will end with the first half of a two parter featuring the return of the original Cybermen(as in the ones from Mondas that were in the original series, not the ones introduced from an alternate universe during David Tennants time) although redesigned. Does anyone know if it's true? I've been dying to see the original Cybermen reappear with a new look, and I really want to see them annihilate the 2006 Cybermen :D

I hope we get a ROMANA III ... in the book Doctor Who: Shadows of Avalon she regenerated to Romana III and the Tardis Wikia says that Romana "Looks a little like the Doctor's mother in her third body. The Doctor finds that unsettling." .... now the NEXT TIME preview shows the Doctor telling Suranne Jones's character Idris, that she is not his mother.. I know that it is a stretch for hoping but I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Just rewatched yesterday's episode, and there's potential for a spin-off, with the crew becoming something like space pirates. It's a little far fetched and not likely to happen, but it could be a fun little mini series to watch, maybe a 3 part spin off or something.
