These two giants of Sci-fi will finally meet in a new comic series from IDW and thanks to some digging by Bleeding Cool we now know the title, as well as which classic villains from both properties will feature..
The series will be called Assimilation. It will feature the Borg and the Cybermen. It is written by Scott and David Tipton, who wrote a number of Star Trek comics for IDW, as well working on IDW’s Infestation crossover series. It will be drawn by J.K. Woodward, best known for his Fallen Angel work for the company.
Many feel that something like this should have happened when there was still a chance for some type of TV crossover, but alas that was not to be.
