@MrNikauL That's not Luke, it's a new female character (or possibly adapted from the old Expanded Universe character). She's been shown preview of #1 and was on the cover of #3 too.

I'd wager she, like Leia, is an Alderaanian who wasn't their when the Death Star destroyed the planet. They seemed to react to seeing one another in the preview. The old EU had a platinum blonde childhood friend of Leia with a similar back story named Winter. I don't know if this is her adapted in now as a blonde, someone just adapting in the idea of such a character here consciously or unconsciously, or just pure chance that a Marvel writer using a character relationship. In any case, Winter was a good character, so I'm hoping even if this isn't her that this is well done because the idea of such a character is proven to have potential.

@DonkeyTeeth Luke's just been tripping on the force again.

More seriously though the cowering Jedi Padawan is one of the few survivors of Order 66. His older self of that comic is one of the main characters on the new animated star wars tv show 'Rebels'though he changed his name from Calib to Kanan sometime between Order 66 and the show and went from scared Padawan to badass smuggler/jedi in Rebels. This comic is the journey between point A and point B.

The main Star Wars series continues to look rather unexciting and typical, but I loved the first issue of Darth Vader and the other series' look to have plenty of promise!

@LordRyus - Ok..... Just making a comment that I find it weird to see a Jedi cowering Order 66 survivor or not. Thanks for the bio on him but I actually already knew that........
